Teamviewer No Keyboard Input Mac
Jul 14, 2010 Hi, Not sure if this is the right section to post this question. Please correct me if wrong. I use Teamviewer for remote desktop and am pretty much happy with it, except for one thing. While connecting from my workplace (windows environment) to my home (mac environment), Teamviewer. My laptop ( host ) does not have keyboard function on 3 remote computers. The mouse works but not the keyboard. When I went to the place that has the 3 remote laptops were, keyboard and mouse function amongst themselves very well with no issues. Remoting from a MBP 2.5Ghz to a MBP 2.33Ghz has been flawless since installation almost three months ago, until this weekend when no matter what measures I tried the client computer would not accept keyboard input after logging in. Mouse input continued to work as expected, but no. Aug 25, 2017 Depending on which keyboard you have, it may be F12 or it may be Eject. Or it may be the power button (some keyboards allow the power button to act as the eject key). If you have one of the Late 2016 Macbook Pro w/Touch Bar models, I have no idea what key you would use, as that Mac does not have F-keys, nor eject. Jan 03, 2014 Thanks for the reply, the batteries are currently at 80% which means that there is no problem with the hardware, i also tried the restore to defaults on all fields on the keyboard shortcut tab in system preferences but its still not working, i've tried using the show keyboard viewer and tried typing using it and its working, so now my problem is input using the keyboard itself.
Aug 26, 2017 The input from the app on my phone still works and the mouse is working on the remote computer, but not the keyboard. I tried switching computers to see if it was just that one and they are both doing the same thing.
